About Me

My name is Elçin Kocaman. I am 19 years old. I trained at 50. Yıl İzzet Baysal Primary School and then I attended my high school education at Bolu Anatolian Teachers Training High School. And now, I have been studying at English Language Teaching Department of Abant İzzet Baysal University in Bolu-Turkey for 2 years. I am studying on an approach which is Orff Schulwerk's study.I want to use this approach in my department,language teaching. Originally,it is used in preschool education. But I want to use it while teaching language. About this topic,there are many studies. I hope  I will contribute this approach thereby changing education system of language teaching in Turkey. I want to be an academician at English Language Teaching Department.

Besides my education life, I am very interested in music and writing.Writing something about me and the world from my perspective is very attractive for me. I sing songs all the time for better of worse. Computer attracts my attention. In my spare time,I occupy with many programmes of computer like Microsoft Word,Excel,Powerpoint,Prezi ,Format Factory,PhotoScape,Picassa,iTunes,etc. And also,I make a point of going seminars about psychology,vocational education,approaches about teaching,leadership,volunteering,etc. For example,I attended two education programme of Rotary. These are TLG(Society Leaders are Coming-Seminars About Leadership) and RYLA(Rotary Youth Leadership Awards). I gained more strength on account of this programme.

I am a volunteer in TEGV(Education Volunteers Foundation of Turkey). I go to any class of any primary school in Bolu where I am living. In schools,as a volunteer of TEGV I spend time with children as drawing pictures,playing games,etc. All this activities make children more creative. I am a member of Bolu Rotaract Club. I love volunteering for children,society,youth,education,world; these kind of works make me happier and strenghtful.

My father and my mother are the best models for me. I want to be a parent like them.

Comply With The Technology

        Thinking them separately,life with technology and life without technology have advantages and disadvantages. I've always wondered what human beings do before technological inventions. For example, I think the biggest invention is electricity through the ages for technology. If electricity wasn't invented,we couldn't use most of technological tools. 

     Of course,technology is very beneficial in many fields for us. Today's technology gives us opportunity very much. In this day and age,there are many convenience technological tools  such as televisions,computers,phones,dish washer,cameras,smart phones,washing machine,etc.. Before these tools were invented,people live somehow. But,nowadays I think we don't live without technology. Because we are accustomed to live simply. 

        Every day, technology changes,improves and resolve. Therefore,we have to keep pace with technology. For example, before now with phones, we can only call and text somebody. But now,we can do whatever we want with light touch. Every thing is within arm's reach with technology. Which is why,I don't think a life without technology. 

       Consequently, technology is everywhere and we can't deny it. We have to comply with the technology. 

Just Be Yourself

     First impression is very important for everybody on a first date. Be careful on eyes,conversation,clothing etc. First of all,making eyes contact is very important,because you can understand a person looking his or her eyes. I think one of the most important thing of providing to compromise well is your eyes. Your love,excitement,sadnes,panic,happiness and the other feelings appear in your eyes. So,if you want to mark someone for life,you have to know how to look into him/her eyes impressively. But don't speak too soon,because it is your first date. Of course,your glance is very important. But it is not enough to hit someone hard.
     Your clothing must be good as well. Your appearance shows your personality. Colours,design and combination of your clothes demonsrate your mood. From day one,don't put on garish dresses.
     Most of all,just be yourself. The most important thing is to be yourself. Don't attitudinize.

Candles Lightining Our Lives

   Do you live in the dark? Well,do you know living in the bright? If you don't,you have a chance to recognize the bright. Firstly;if you have a dusky life,light a candle for lightining your life. You can lighten your life candle with lighter which consists of love of your nearest and dearest or with a match which consists of your experince. Lighter and match are enough for your candle. Because,every person needs to somebody to help him or her for lightining his or her candle. But,I don't think so. You can light your life candle on your own.

     Firstly,humanity used candle for lighting their environment,their home,their rooms etc. But after,they used it in many field such as sculpturing and dentistry. Sculptor used it to set his ideas and dentist used it to hew out their teeth patterns. But after that,humanity learned to use it for lingtining their life.
